Worst experience ever! If you are a senior nd looking the companies like collabera, you'll not find your place here. It's just a small place which gang up against the others hard work. Nor the director or even hr will listen your views. They have their mind sets nd made a bubble so you need to work accordingly. They don't have such portals like even monster or job diva, just their own portal which is not updated at all that you can work properly. As I thought it's a big company but experience says it all. If Manager is sourcing nd getting candidates from LinkedIn posts for you or indeed then you might can work as a fresher! Hr team specially like people Amandeep, very rude nd arrogant, who even don't know what is going on in particular team nd they are just doing time pass, trying to show off as they have did something in their lives!
