Absolutely nothing. They get benefitted because of the candidate but they treat the candidates not so well.

Rangam is a staffing agency. They are in between clients who hire for consultant roles and candidates who are searching for job opportunities. They pay the candidate very less compared to other staffing agencies who can also place the candidate in the same role and the same client. A client doesn't pick a candidate based on which staffing agency he/she is coming from. The candidate is purely selected for the job based on his/her worth. However, Rangam pays extremely less (because they take a huge cut) compared to other better staffing agencies. Their recruiters and account managers are extremely rude when the candidate realized they are being underpaid and asks for reasonable compensaiton. Please avoid.
