Our staff are our best asset and we are very proud to have such hard-working and talented individuals amongst us. It's also great to hear that you recognised our innovative technologies - we are a truly global diagnostics company and our patented Biochip Array Technology is used around the world. We also value the concerns which you have raised, which offers us the opportunity to address some inaccuracies. As you know, we have a flexible flexi-time system in use here, which allows people to take off 3 hours at any time on any day. Therefore if you work more than your contracted hours you can of course get this time back through flexi-time. Similarly, it is inaccurate to say that there is no training structure, as each new start within the company receives both general and role-specific training.
