Too many to even list. First of all the upper management is an absolute joke. I have been a working professional for many many years and have never encountered this type of behavior. All they do is gossip and make fun of other employees. If you don’t kiss up to mangenent and tell them how pretty they are you will go nowhere. The people that are considered VPs have absolutely no idea what they are doing and are only VPs bc they are part of the Randa “cool” club. OH! And if you decide to leave for another opportunity, be prepared for your former manager to talk bad about you to all other employees and buyers. Really professional!! LOL Oh and the compensation is an absolute joke!! Borderline poverty.
