Lots of good people. But don't get too attached, they come and go like the wind.
Kontras
Cutbacks keep piling on the workload while people come and go like a revolving door. Only upper management stays on in a cliquey environment where they only talk to themselves or their favorites, which by the way you've got to be to get anywhere, and then you don't even need to be particularly smart or earn your way up.
