Randa purchased Haggar around 2019. I was a Haggar employee. There are some good things about this company. Depending on your manager taking a sick day for yourself or your child is no issue. They are understanding of appointments and that life happens and work has to take a backseat sometimes.

However, because Randa owns Haggar, the Randa employees definitely get favoritism. Haggar can’t tell them no and they know it. They treat us like we are below them and they are unwilling to lift a finger to help us. We work for them. I have cancelled personal things (several times) because someone on the Randa side didn’t communicate a need and I had to inconvenience myself to get it done.
