When you do find your prospects or agencies to work with you find that there isn't anything you can do to help them. The company boasts about high commissions...but if you don't have the markets to sell, the commission might as well be 100%. You still end up with nothing. I have a written contract that includes the structure of advanced commissions. The company has not honored it.
