Runway is evaporating, layoffs keep happening in waves, and management's response is a rotating series of bold strategic pivots that somehow always point in a different direction. The culture that once made this place interesting is now mostly a memory people mention when reminiscing. It's a bit like watching a talented band play their hearts out on a sinking ship. The music is lovely. The ship, however, is sinking.
