Great product, great benefits, remote first, most employees are talented.
Kontras
There’s definitely favoritism & the employees who have been there and found themselves in management don’t necessarily belong there. A select few managers are known to be difficult but they’re not checked, makes for a rough time on certain sales teams, low morale, feelings of eggshells, etc. The narcissism is insane as well - I don’t know why some folks think they’re anything special. It’s a free product.
