Hard work is never appreciated and the credit is taken by the manager. There is no growth for the individual contributor. Managers spend more time in politics rather productivity. HR, managers, and MD are close. Escalation against a manager is not recommended here. If your manager does not like you, then you have to fight for your survival. IDC has few redundant, incompetent boot leaking managers. Appraisal hike and the bonus are always predecided by the manager. The timelines are unrealistic and mostly decided by the manager. So, you have to prepare yourself to work long hours. All competent people have left the company. Company's growth is stagnant. Management is happy with quantity rather than quality. No clear road map.
