Individualistic approach to managing project and people. Lack of mentorship programs and a solid professional development programs for people who want to have more responsibilities. full emphasis on being billable, but less emphasis on professional development of employees. Limited vacation time. Other companies merge sick and vacation time and make it one pool. This system does not encourage people who would want to stay healthy.
