1. No skills development 2. People on architects level are those guys who don't even know about that technology 3. Teams like GBS (Workday, ERP), it doesn't matter what's their experience, they will work as a team lead without even having a proper domain knowledge. 4. No such learning atmosphere. After few days of working, you will come into saturation point. 5. Make sure if you work here for few years then your market value will be zero as technically you will be out. 6. Most pathetic thing is their HR and Management, hardly earning 3 lac per annum but behaves like as they are sitting with top MNC. 😂
