The worst administration ever, they have little training, no empathy nor respect for any employee. No communication with providers regarding business and practices that are the essentials. No job security. Very “click-ish” atmosphere. Mangers/leads lie, no HR support afforded to the employees. Low pay and way too much expected with little guidance, assistance, management. They claim they are family friendly and provide PTO yet hand out write-ups and grief when requesting to use PTO. The CFO hired to help has put payment in front of patients care and all that matters is money in, tests are ordered that patients do not need and can be carried out in their own practices. Zero or extremely low annual bonus and no other bonuses or rewards. Inadequate leads in charge of staff that are way more experienced and qualified. Harassment, Discrimination and work place bullying is rampant. Do not work here. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here. Pretty packaging but complete hell.
