the senior management especially their CRO is abusive, using bad language at team without respect and losing patience. often shouting at team members in meetings. on a global call with 40-50 people attending he shouted at team members several times. sales team is having great stress for delivering results and the CRO seems to be abusive and also showing favoritism for employees from rakuten especially from the middle east and is publicly abusive towards the newly acquire altiostar team. if you want to treated like servant then join sales team at rakuten symphony. very poor culture within sales team advice to mgmt : teach leaders manners and respect
