Pros
Pay was good. There is nothing like bonus pay (bonus is out of CTC) all compensation is fixed. Company policies and health insurance even though expensive but very good.
Kontras
Slowly India management is changing a lot. Head of people left, CEO left and replaced by japan CEO. India managers care only for their favourites and not for talent. Managers grow next level by taking hike of other eligible member and demote the team member to leave team or company. Managers instead of supporting hard working employees they care for themselves
