From requirement gathering to story creation to R&D and actual development to testing to DevOps and infra setup to UAT and go-live you are the sole owner/product manager/engineer of their products. - No team structure, no help.. if you're stuck, you're on your own. Managers are jacks of all trades and master of none (let alone tech) :) - They treat you like school children with strict timing, timesheet culture and expect you to attend weekly all-hands or else mail gets triggered to HR.
