This is not a place for ambitious talents! * The top management keeps changing and it's not strong enough to keep the reputatation of Rakuten * Tech leads and Development managers are not Technically sound. * The managers and Technical leads are not ready to take responsibilities.They just dump on the heads of others and enjoy their life. * Hell of internal politics. Good rapport with your manager is the key to success here. * Lot of great talents have left the company due to this. * No proper policies and it keeps changing. * Nobody responds to your concerns.
