- Promote English as Official language but intra systems, and most daily works are still in Japanese. - HR department is the worst. Liar, not professional, takes no responsibility for any mistake they did. - Too many unusable middle class managers, who have no place to go and just enjoy doing nothing and taking credit from other people's work. - Company treats people Business Unit a lot better than Development Unit.
