      - Attendance register to track login & logout, WFH & leaves - Can't carry laptop for first 10 days as no trust on the new joined - Very small pantry in 29 floor is challenging at times - All items are bought through same vendor shows highly manipulated system from Prolim & senior management - Construction quality of the RIDOC is poor however the same vendor got the 2nd and 3rd order too

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
