You have to beg for Salary each and every month ,its hilarious how they r running a company where even after full months duty you have to beg to directors for salary ! They pay you after 4 months and sometimes after 6 months of work. Its a nuisance of a work life there.

Stability of Job. Incentives on achieving target in time.

Working hours not defined. Resource availability is dependent on management.
