family owned but with lot of concern on employees. focused on core business of electrical motors & auto electric parts business. responsive to employee views. ready to give greater responsibilities younger generation.

not much export market explored. mainly a domestic player. employees not focused on quality and commitment to products made by themselves.

There is nothing good to mention. Honestly u work here you ruin your life and your career. Especially when ur a post graduate even if you are an engineer.

There is no hierarchy. They only support ppl from their caste, They give salaries under table to cut down the taxes. No incentives no matter how good u perform.
