Poor management - Behavior Technician bei Rainbow Rising: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The management is really unsupportive- when the behavior of student was hard to manage, I received to guidance or assistance on how to manage it. The site supervisor is unprofessional/inexperienced and doesn’t respond in a timely manner. There’s a very unfriendly/unsupportive coworker who brings in a very negative attitude to work all the time. This workplace lacks professionalism and a supportive work environment.
