my peers are great and was able to get my hands on lots of projects. but that was because we're horribly understaffed

leadership was floundering at best. their behaviors gave you a sense that they mistrusted everyone below them and it created sense of anxiety amongst employees. mishandled most situations. incredibly sexist. woman after woman gets passed over for promotions. there's a lower bar for men to succeed. ladies stay away!
