Where do I begin, outdated processes and procedures, it’s like you are in the Stone Age. The facilities are a dump as well. Very poor housekeeping. The owner has no clue what he is doing. Micro manages on every level. He is completely lost in terms of running a business. To make things worse, he is very unprofessional, yells and curses at everyone. No structure at all, the worst I have ever seen by far. The HR Manager is anything but a manager. The entire workforce does not trust her and rightfully so. No one will go to her with anything. She is also lost and doesn't know how or is willing to address real HR related concerns. She would not be in that position for a real company. Run away, don’t even consider working at this place. The employee turnover rate is horrendous for a reason.
