Work life balance for some, nice office space, they used to have great benefits, and they used to provide autonomy.

RB has slowly but surely been reduced to a fraction of what it once was, both in terms of revenue and staff. Future plans for the business are not certain and staff morale has degraded greatly in the last 18 months. Market sector is not what owners want to invest in so there is no plan to develop this segment. Future viability very much in question.
