Management plays obvious favorites and if you aren’t a favorite your first year then you won’t be a favorite which means you will never get promoted or invited to the group hangouts they claim “everyone is invited to”. guards are only given a break if you are working a 9-close shift which is up to 10.5 hours yet you only get one 30 minute break and you are stuck on your feet all day and they expect you to keep everything perfect.
