Friendly team, immediate managers are decent enough. But colleagues are the real worth and can help you gain a lot of knowledge.

Austerity measures are going on and are so misdirected. If top level cant and wont accept pay cuts and expects the lower level employees..you can imagine how their misplaced cost cutting measures are. They just are there to get their pay cheque from other employees's salary
