Fully remote does take away the more interaction with your team. Not to say they aren't open, but there is a difference between just messaging and instantly talking with someone.

Great environment to work in - my fellow employees have been amazing and very easy to work with and get along with. It makes the job fun and the mission is focused.

A little bit of structure and "formal" onboarding would be helpful. There are many systems to navigate thru - but a quick phone call is all it takes as the HR Dept is more than helpful.
