No work life balance, they didnt work for objectives, just needed 8 hours a day (even if you have to do errands, they told you to stay late or compensate it). The management profiles, are usually taken by people who stayed long in the company instead of "the right people for the right role". It was managed by temporary fixes, instead of long term strategies. Middle management usually took care of technical matters, leaving users with unsatisfied reply to their technical problems, and unsatisfied employers whose leaders werent around.
