people there all bully the good and fear the evil. when something is screwed up because of the senior management, the staff won’t blame them. they only dare to make comments behind their back. but instead they blame a junior staff for delays and put it in a way that the junior staff deliberately didn’t accommodate to their request. simply finding people to blame. Senior management cannot make up their minds, brought up the same issue so many times, every time they will say they are or will look into it and work something out, but takes forever to execute it. some mid level staff always pressure the junior staff for answers and outcome to situations which they have absolute 0 control of, bcos they can’t question the senior management they take it out on the junior staff. then they go around telling others that they were disrespected or treated rudely by the junior staff without thinking why people reacted that way.

Pros

Not so stressed job. Work life balance is ok, 5day work week.

Kontras

Upper management demands' are too high. Upper management protect clients more than employees. Upper management doesnt provide me with proper training just because my working hours are different from fellow colleagues.
