It's not even the firm that is petty but it's the people who are in the upper management try to control your personal life. How dare you question someone's health ability or why they need to work from home once a week or at times, yet these people do it ALL the time!! Is it because of your entitlement?? There's one in particular who works from home all the time and they only been with the company now for two years but you have ones that are not in upper management that's been here for over 10 years plus and they can't get that benefit either!! What has this world come too!
