Pros
Radius has an above average number of gifted people who are fun to work with. The compensation is competitive and the people focused admins do a great job at making the office fun and sociable. The product has very bright moments with clients and partners, and the product development affords challenging technical problems which are intriguing to solve.
Kontras
Radius and it's upper management have an uncomfortable closed door culture. While it is common for companies of this maturity to be selective with information about its inner-workings, Radius fails to meet its glaring issues with culture, traction, and product in an open way, resulting in a healthy rumor mill and employees having little first hand knowledge of actual revenue, fundraising, the narrative the management team has with the board, and feeling like un-spun information is readily available. For a late stage venture company (raised +$100MM) the product development cycle is extremely inadequate. There is no accelerated innovation of new features into high-growth revenue.
