-managers stay on their jobs, little chance to grow -communication is weak -after you do the introduction training - that’s it.. no more trainings offered (except for BHV that’s compulsory by law to those with diploma) -low wages - horeca -employees keep their knowledge to themselves and make themselves irreplaceable and always needed, not much team work
