Nice people to work with! Make changes fast. You feel like you have an impact. Plenty of work to do if you like to make a change.

Too few people to do what needs to be done 40% of the department had been on stress leave within the last year alone. Poor management If people voice their dissatisfaction about the work environment, they rather replace them, than fixing the problem.
