CEO complains and cuts budgets but then plans quarterly weeklong executive offsite in places like the Ritz in Lake Tahoe. While denying raises and bonuses "due to budget". They keep hiring VPs (middle-aged males) who come up with plans and hire no one to actually do the work.
No apparent plan for the direction of the company. Firing high contributors and teams suddenly and pretending like there won't be trickle-down effects on other teams.
CEO cares about NO ONE but himself and it has been clear from day one. He is a creep who only acknowledges and talks to young women.
