Extreme Nepotism – Promotions are given to manager favorites rather than qualified employees. Toxic Work Culture – Departments are very clique-like and frequently blame Member Engagement for their problems. No Management Support – After 5 PM, all managers leave for the day, even though phone lines remain open until 6 PM. If an issue requires management approval, employees are just told to email it and wait for the next day. Hostile Work Environment – Members can say whatever they want, including threats, and management refuses to take action. I was personally threatened, and when I reported it, I was told to “stop taking it so seriously.” Lack of Job Security – If you disagree with the Management, you are quickly pushed out.
