The company has undergone dramatic growth and change in a very short time, which is not without its growing pains. That being said, I have learned so much and have been exposed to so much more than I would have been at another company. They have been working very hard to build a great team of people, so even if the day is challenging, you can be sure that you have some awesome colleagues to help lighten the load and inject some fun.
The compensation is above average and there are many extra perks, including benefits. The environment is inclusive and you can feel free to be yourself. No dress code, free coffee, and choose your own music.
