Pros
Great people and co-workers; good benefits
Kontras
Radd targets recent grads because they know marketing and writing career paths are difficult to get into right after college. The idea is wholly great, but the follow through is an immense problem. "Interns" are brought in at minimum wage and told that after 6 months, they'll be hired. The problem is that after about 3 months, you're doing the same level of work as the full time analysts, but you're still getting paid minimum wage. When your 6 month review finally does come, they offer you a relatively low number and only promise a $5K raise should you complete a full year. The work is monotonous and endless. If there is ever a problem, analysts get blamed the most even though they work the hardest and get paid the least out of everyone in that building. If you want to take time off, you still have to complete the work for the days you will be missing so really, you're just preemptively getting ahead. If you're sick and don't have time to plan for time off, they do not care and will most likely discipline you for not having the monthly updates done on time. To sum up; you feel like a warm body here. They need people to robotically enter updates for clients and they do not pay well for you to be that robot. There is no room for growth and most 'interns' begin job hunting again around month 2.
