Dysfunctional and self serving Senior Leadership Team have little regard for anyone outside of the SLT bubble. Some very unprofessional practices and lack of boundaries between staff and students. Very little regard for wellbeing of professional services or teaching staff. Lack or respect for laws such as GDPR .amongst staff.
