The CEO and his business leaders frequently say one thing and dont follow through. The technical debt in the company is crushing its ability to innovate or do anything of substance Product teams are really slow to develop anything with individual releases taking over a year. Sales leaders don't appear to know how to sell half of the companies products and are overall pretty low quality with poor pipeline generation and conversion compounding to missed targets. Outsourced customer success to India without hiring and training for quality results in poor customer success experiences causing customers to leave quicker than we can get them in. Billing and technical debt is a large part of the issues here as well as individual incompetence.
