What's the focus?: culture vs. quality - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Rackspace Technology: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Too casual work environment: bare feet, hovering helicopters, banging on desks, constant yelling, required fun. These things are fine but a daily, on-going occurrence becomes a distraction and nuisance. This does not bode well when co-workers are trying to speak with customers and/or tour them through the facility. Leadership needs to provide a regular vision of the company's direction not just 'ideas.' Without a vision teams have limited/no foresight as to milestones nor goals. These fosters random acts of experiments and energy not channeled towards a common end state.
