MORALS
-A warning to their clients - Raba Kistner has untrained, UNCERTIFIED workers. They couldn't care less about the accuracy or technique, so long as they maintain/recruit more contracts and money keeps pouring. Where that money goes, no one knows as lab/field workers/some supervisors are severely underpaid.
-Suspiciously understaffed all the time. Honestly, I feel they're comfortable overworking current employees because at least they don't have to pay multiple people hourly.
MANAGEMENT
-Don’t respect your time. They will overwork you on the pretense that you’re being ‘compensated’. You’re really not - they pay less than local pizza places, but are ballsy enough to expect you to take on multiple roles in the lab.
-If you decide not to do more than your job requires - you create a problem for yourself. They’re so understaffed that any untouched work is going to come back to haunt you anyways.
-Engineers and front office workers are pleasantly isolated from the sweatshop in the back. They expect data/pickups on time and really don't care how
-They will completely ignore the fact that you’re underpaid and overworked. They expect you to show up and churn out results like you’re a machine. Won’t compensate you monetarily, let alone appreciate you. Turnover is extremely high!!
SAFETY
-OSHA needs to visit - this place is extremely unsafe. They have a makeshift ‘fume hood’ made of plywood.
