Very little transparency in how performance is evaluated or how decisions are made. I was let go via a phone call from the CFO just an hour after my shift ended — on only my fourth day. This was after a productive day where I even stayed late and got my managers assistance for submitting a future time-off request. No reason was provided for the termination, and there had been no prior feedback, warnings, or communication suggesting there were any issues. To top things off, the follow-up termination email I received from the CFO even addressed me by the wrong name — a small but telling detail that reflects how impersonal and careless the process felt.

Pecans are almost too many to list. There was a lack of transparency in so many ways a lack of communication from leadership. The amount of times they change processes and how they did everything in the short time I was there was shocking. They laid people off constantly. There was a lot of discrepancies in pay. So much more.
