Lack of strategic direction, unfinished projects, and constantly changing top-down approach to management results in extremely high rates of attrition. This means more reliance on outsourced operations and development overseas. There is also a sense that in order to become profitable/attract more investors, employees need to forgo work-life balance with relatively little compensation. Overall would not recommend.
