Great group of people that work in the office. It was like a family atmosphere. The commission was good when sales were up. I do miss it here.

Changed a lot at the top of the year . The way they pay out commission for instance. I worked there for 7 years and they didn’t give me a raise when they switched how you get paid out. Carrier sales started out at $17 hr and I just wanted to get to $20.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
