Given offer by ensuring growth and opportunity, which was false commitment from HR and Management

Terminated on the spot without notice saying its a layoff on immediate basis. no compensation was given, no relieving letter. Worst company ever to work with. they jeopardized induvial career. I will suggest if there would be any call from RXO please do not joined this company. They will not value and and will remove you saying its a layoff. I lost my job without proper explanation. Lot of dirty politics.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
