Toxic culture - gossip is rampant, lack of competent management, no mediation of internal disputes, nepotism and favoritism is stark, public-shaming is actively practiced, jealous employees make ungrounded complaints against other employees, lack of professional communication procedures. High turnover - 3 music consultants left over the course of 3 months for these reasons. Great job performance counts for nothing. Pay and workload are not fairly distributed. Overworked to the bone, while other employees seek more responsibility - but management won't approve sharing workload for either side. Unfavored employees are paid less, micromanaged, and deprived of internal resources.
