Pros
Flexible work timings and less pressure
Kontras
Most of the work here revolves around internal projects, which means limited visibility and almost no real career growth. Hikes are a joke — extremely nominal (max 5%) — and completely dependent on the whims of the India Director. Ironically, he awarded himself a 14% hike this year, despite already drawing a salary of 60+ LPA. Yes, the same person who decides everyone else’s hikes. Hardworking employees are dismissed with excuses like "you already got a hike 2 years back when you joined", while those who are experts in buttering up the leadership — especially tech leads — keep getting rewarded, regardless of performance. Onsite? Forget it. No matter how well you perform, if you're an Indian employee, onsite opportunities are blocked. Even if your tech lead wants and appreciates it, the onsite Director and VP shut it down outright. It’s frustrating and demotivating to see this kind of blatant racism still thriving in a global company. I was clearly told they are only looking forward to hire people from India (of course for low pay) Toxic favoritism, poor appraisal logic, and zero international exposure. Think twice.
