You will be expected to act the same if you want mid/high level promotions. Expect 10-14 hour work days on a regular basis, regardless of what field you work. -Very communist in terms of empolyee treatment. Everyone is collectively responsibile for meeting quotas and targets. Individual effort is rarely recognized -Very inflexible management.
