Would have been a pro to have flexibility, pay — though very low — and somewhat interesting, fun work. But none considering the rest.
Kontras
Training is unpaid unless you start work with them and even then it is very low for the amount of hours it takes. They may invite you right after you apply and then they stick in a deadline even though you may not be free. Same with other stages of the process. They could not change that so others and I failed the first test because we weren’t free! No one responded in time that this would be an issue. They could not reset the timing.
Continued since you get two chances. While aspects of the training materials were compelling, a lot was ambiguous. That’s why the test is so hard. There are many elements that are subjective yet there is only one answer. They even say that your “judgement” weighs in but yet your judgement can make you fail even though it might be close enough to whomever developed the answer key.
